Scott is a Financial Advisor with Bouchie Insurance Agency in Cataumet, Massachusetts. He has thrived in the field of finance for 27years after having graduated from the SUNY at Buffalo with his Bachelor's degree in Economics. He has since graduated in 1991 from the Massachusetts School For Financial Studies at Babson College, and graduated in 1994 from the National School For Banking at Fairfield University. In addition, he obtained his Chartered Retirement Planning Councelor (CRPC) designation in 2007 from the College For Financial Planning.

Scott has lived in North Falmouth with his wife Kim, and three daughters, Karrie, Jacquelynne, and Virgynia, since 1994 when they built their home in North Hill Estates. Kim teaches third grade at the North Falmouth Elementary School; Karrie is a recent cum laude Nursing Graduate of Saint Anselm College; Jacquelynne will be entering her junior year at Merrimack College with a major in Communications: and Virgynia is a recent graduate with Honors from Falmouth High School, and will be attending Boston College in August 2010 after having been recruited for field hockey.
